ドイツでは、約4000件の電気工事事故が発生しているが、その役90%は、家庭用の電圧で生じている。原因は、リスクアセスメントを行っていなかったか、不十分であったこと。予め、準備作業として何が必要か、何が起こるかなどを考えておけば防ぐことができるはずである。

＜硫化水素の安全動画＞
１．米国テキサス州の硫化水素の漏洩事故（Silent Killer: Hydrogen Sulfide Release in Odessa, Texas）
-2019年10月26日、テキサス州の油田の水注入施設（water flood station）で、夜、ポンプ故障の連絡を受け向かった施設の従業員が、漏洩した硫化水素を吸って倒れた。帰宅が遅いので心配して確認しに行った妻も、被災してしまった。
2．アブダビ国GASCO社での硫化水素の事故(Near Death H2S Incident – Hamdan in Habshan GASCO Abu Dabi)
-硫化水素のパイプラインの工事をしていたとき、近くにいた関係者1名が被災した。病院に運び込まれて治療して一命はとりとめることができた。
3. アラブ首長国連邦UAEのARCO社でのH2S事故（H2S gas release incident in ARCO)
-2009年2月、UAEのARCO社でH2Sを3名が吸う事故が発生した。油田にある危険地域の地下室（Pit）には、低濃度の硫化水素が発生する可能性のある。しかし、防護設備なしに降りて行き被災し、助けに行った2名も有毒ガスを吸ってしまった。
